Setting up two monitors

Go to solution Solved by Cacao,

You don't really need any programs, though display fusion is nice to have. As for setting it up, just right click on your desktop, go to "Screen Resolution" and setup the preview so they are in the correct position and set this on your second display.

This may sound a bit noobish but I hooking up a second monitor tonight. What programs should I get and what should I know about running two monitors. I only want to play my games on one since the other one is smaller.

if windows 8.1 you REALLY don't display fusion since you already have all the features that are nice.

I have 8.1 and I just have never used two monitors for as long as I've been into pcs which is years. Is it possible to only game on one of the monitors and the other just sits on desktop or whatever
