I personally love the infinite contrast ratio and color saturation of AMOLED displays.

Out of curiosity, what technology do you most prefer?

Samsung lover much?

I would probably say IPS/PLS, they give a very consistent image with great viewing angles which are super important for large displays when you cannot be completely front on like a traditional panel

I'm agreeing with ShadowCaptain on this one; IPS is great for me because I share a lot of content with others.

LED displays are great too, because they take up less space and are brighter than comparable non-LED backlit displays by a country mile.

I love a good IPS display too.

Currently using 2 LED monitors though and I'm happy with them.

The new OLED displays with the infinite contrast ratio are probably the best but are very expensive :(
