One of the few things that bugs me about Foobar is how if I have my music on random, but I want to play a specific song while on random, it will continuously loop that song if I select it. If my explanation made any sense to you, would there be any way of making it go back to random on my entire list of songs, instead of just loop the selected one?

Oh and another question, is there a reason why my previous track button stops the music, instead of playing the previous track?

Eh, I've never had that problem with my Foobar (v1.3.2). Go to playback tab > order. Perhaps you set it to repeat (track).

Second question, again I've never had that problem. Maybe try downloading the Foobar again?

The only thing I could find that fixes this is to select "All" at the top of the list after playing a song to get it to randomize after the song. And I guess the previous track button only works on default playback.
