Quiet Closed Loop Watercooler

Hello guys, I need your help with deciding a closed loop watercooling system.

What I need is something:

1)that costs up to 130-140euros

2)is silent

3)good looking

Is there any closed loop watercooling system that has all of the above attributes?

Also, I'm thinking of getting the noctua nd-d14 if I don't get a watercooler

None of them are silent. The pump may make a small amount of noise, but  the majority of the noise is all down to the fans which can be whatever you want.

Not sure on the price, but either a Corsair H100i/H110 or Cooler Master Glacier 240L.

As for the air cooler, get the NH-D15, since it's a little bit better, especially where it has better memory compatibility.

There is nothing such as a silent AIO. If you want the ultimate silence you go passive. If you want good temps while being silent you get a BIG aircooler like the Be quiet! Dark Rock 3 Pro. The best AIO on the market would be either the H320 but that one is to expensive and kinda ugly so the NZXT X61 would be your best bet if you really need the bling bling of having an AIO

I have the H100i and the only noise is the fans, which run way fast for no reason, but it is nothing unbearable. The computer sits about half a meter away from me on the desk and it is noticable only in loads 90% and above

I am a member of the PCMasterRace. I am terribly sad to announce that I own a PeasantStation 3 Super Slim. it's in a drawer away from my glorious PC.

the fans make more noise than the pumps, so any AIO will do. you just have to change the fans

Hmm I want to get the h100i and get some noctua fans but do not want to spend so much, so I am thinking about the Be Quiet! Dark Rock Pro 3, will that be ok with a Asus P8Z69V -Pro/Gen 3 and two sticks of Corsair Vengeance 4GB? I'm worried about the the ram with the bequiet.
