Firstly, My Primary monitor is a ml228 (1920x1080) using a hdmi cord,

My secondary is a vs197(1366x768) using a vga cord into a dvi adapter

Since i recently upgraded my graphics card from a Sapphire Radeon 6870 to a gtx 660ti i was wondering if i could install both into  my computer running the primary on 660ti and secondary off the 6870.

My question is it even possible to configure it in this manner and would it work without any issues.

It is possible, and SHOULD work, maybe the AMD drivers will give you a bit of a headache, but it should be good.Just throw it in there and see, but you can always connect the second display to your 660ti and be done, or in your onboard video output, IF you have one.
