Laptop Graphics Help

Ok so i have a somewhat old laptop but it is still working great but i have an integrated graphics card (Intel Hd 3000) old i know right, but it also has an Amd Radeon Hd 6470M, and i right click on my desktop and it shows that i am using the integrated graphics (Hd 3000) and idk how to change it. The laptop model is a Sony Vaio VPCSE1BFX. Thank you.

the 820M is crap

 

the HD8670 will be better

From those two: AMD Radeon™ HD 8670M

 

BUT, if you wanna game ocasionaly i would wait a bit and get Radeon 8750m or nvidia 850m
