Can't delete damn folder

I've got this strange problem. Once downloaded rar file and extracted it and it created 2 folders with same names. Then I deleted one and wanted to delete second folder too, but it says,'could not find this item'. Tried to enter into folder itself, but it's also unavailable. Wanted to rename, also can't. Then rebooted PC, went in safe mode, tried to delete, but same. Now it's pissing me off. Can anyone help me? Here's screen of that god damn folder:

Maybe try a registry cleanup... I'm not very sure, but I can tell you that it's been deleted. You could go threw CMD to the location and see if it displays the folder.

you could boot into hirens boot cd

and find the folder and delete it that way, thats how i normally do it

I tried CMD, but it can't. I'm gonna try now Hirens CD

ill just post here encase you dont know how to use heriens, just to make it easy

 

1. download heriens boot cd

2. burn the ISO to a CD

3. boot from the CD

4. select mini xp

 

then it will load xp and yer just go into my computer find your drive then your folder and delete

It wasn't read only. I already have Hiren CD. booted it up, ran mini xp, but I couldn't delete it. Finally I tried this codes in CMD and it helped me:

·         dir /x

·         RD /S /Q "C:\Users\UserName\Desktop\Folder"
