Did you buy the 7770s already? Not very good value for money.. Would've gone for a single 7850 2gb if I were you. Best card in that price range in the UK market.

If you're set on the 7770s I'd go for this:

You could easily go lower wattage but the qaulity of PSUs can drop off a bit..
