Nvidia Inspector

Hi! Does anyone know if Nvidia inspector applies profiles to new games automatically? Do I need to run it? I'm a bit unsure of how this software actually works. If anyone is an expert on this program I would greatly appreciate some help. Thanks.

It got most games in it own config so it should
