Hello, I have 2 EVGA 770 Superclocked with 4gb of ram each.

I want to know if I can run 3 PB278Qs with them.

They are both water cooled and only one of the monitors will be used for gaming. The others will be used for other stuff.

Thanks in advance!  :D

a old game at lowest settings sure.. and others, kinda impossible to say without getting more info and specifc games.. you cant run Skyrim with awesome ENB and mods at 60+ on even 1 of those monitors most of the time.

I think you can, the only problem I see is that three of those monitors have even more pixels than a 4k monitor, 3million more to be exact. So you CAN run them, but be aware that you WON'T be able to go over medium settings in games. For me it would be acceptable, but you might be of a different opinion.

Thanks for the info! I would rather have 3 1080p monitors then. I really would like to have the option to run games at higher resolutions than medium. Any suggestions that parallel the PB278Q?

This is a good one. However if you prefer tn and ultra high refresh rates this is for you. Bare in mindwith 3 monitors you probably won't be able to benefit from 144hz.

Why can't I benefit form 144hz?

Because your pc is not powerful enough to push 144fps with 3 monitors.

Is there any way to only have to push 144hz in a single monitor?

Not with a 770 unless you lower the settings a lot. But didn't you want a triple monitor setup?

I mean 144hz in one and 60hz in the other 2 (I will only use 1 for gaming)

OH I thought you wanted to do surround. Either way, a 770 will usually push around 75 fps at 1080p ultra settings in most modern games, so going over 75hz is a waste of money. If you got closer to 90-100, then a 120hz monitor would make a difference. 144hz only makes a difference if you're getting at least 144fps, because otherwise you can just get a 120hz one.

Even in SLI? I can't really know how powerful my GPU is atm... My current monitor is 480p

In sli maybe. It certainly would justify a 120hz monitor. If you want to get sli, you can try, force 1080p in the nvidia control panel and run some games and see if you can reach 144fps most of the time.

With Sli'd 770's , They Perform better than 680's so he should be able to play games at high on 1 1440p moniter Easily.

Yes, but the question was if he could drive a 144hz monitor at full capacity, not 1440p.

Then should I get 120hz 1080p ones?

If you have 2 770s in sli, you can get a single 120hz 1080p monitor and two more at 60hz, then game only on the 120hz one.

What monitors should I get then? ( I know nothing about monitors)

770 SLI will be able to max near any game at 1440p as long as you stick to gaming on one monitor.  Driving the other two as secondary displays for other stuff will be no problem.  Get the PB278Q as well, I'm using it right now and it kicks ass.
