Need help upgrading!

I've recently obtained £100, and I'm thinking of buying some PC parts. Now the thing is, i either buy a new CPU and Motherboard Or i buy another stick of 4Gb RAM and a GTX 750 or a new SSHD ( Hybrid Drive ) and stick of 4GB ram. Which would be more better? 

 

My current PC

 

CPU : Intel Dual Core 3.2GHz Pentium 

 

Motherboard : MSI G41M-P26 Micro ATX 

 

GPU : ATI AMD Asus 6670 1GB GDDR5

 

PSU : Coolermaster 500w 70% Eff

 

HDD : Samsung 5400 RPM ( It's going to die soon, makes horribles noises  D:  ) 

 

RAM : 1x4GB DDR3 1333MHz

 

Case ; Zoostorm Standard Case

Save the money and do a bigger upgrade when you get more money.

If your HDD is nearly dead I would go for a new drive and some RAM

i was gonna say get a Graphics card and than i thought no, Save up and Do a Bigger upgrade so that it will make a huge difference

If you're satisfied with your current gaming performance, get a ssd. 

If not, save up for a better graphics card.
