Well,

on a budget based rig I´d say it´s gonna be okay for gaming in 1080p.

Don´t expect wonders of this rig but it´ll do the job :) .

But what´s really missing here and this would be a very good performance upgrade is a SSD.

Get an SSD drive and the rig makes much more sense.

You could go with a FX-6300 and a decent mobo for OCing if you want to. Or you can go with the Pentium Unlocked processor. It depends on the games that you are/going to play

What do you guys think about this setup?

Thanks

Good build, but i'd change this:

- A little stronger PSU, so you could upgrade in the future

- I'd also add an aftermarket cooler and an ATX mobo (since you're already getting an Mid Tower case)

- If you want to save a little bit of money, go with Seagate Barracuda

There is no need for a GPU upgrade (I basically have the same setup and it runs every game I have thrown at it fine at high/ultra settings)

I am not sure about that 430w power supply

The 270x can eat up to 280w
Fx-6300 is 95w

Thats way too clsoe to 400w. U better get 500w PSU. Corsairs are good :)

Will the CPU bottleneck the GPU?

No.
