Keep The Stock CPU Cooler?

i am building a rig for a freind With an H series mobo cause he does no OC.... should I get like a hyper 212 evo or keep stock heat sync? I5 4670 the cpu Ill be getting for him. Is it worth the 30$ to get cpu cooler?

imo, it is, it will be quieter and cooler, but if youre on a budget and that 30 bucks can get you a better GPU i would go with that

Honestly. I have a stock cooler, yeah its poop, but its more then enough for stock. my computer isnt the loudest thing in the world, and I hardly hear it ramp up in gaming compared to my graphics card. 

 

Your fine with stock unless hes going for a dead quite build.
