Microphone settings help

Take a look at my mic settings. I want to put it to just 1 single channel because at the moment, whenever I karaoke my friends can only hear me on their left ear. But it doesn't give me the option... How can I fix it?

I'd love to help, but no clue. So... when in doubt, update drivers?

isn't there a balance option somewhere? update drivers like shaoty said. also make sure the cables are properly connected.
