Looking for an IPS LED 23" 5ms using Display Port 1.2

Hi I am looking for a 23" 1080p IPS LED Monitor with at least 5ms response time that is using Display Port 1.2. My budget is around 200-250 USD. 

Can anyone recommend anything good? Thanks!

I assume you want Displayport 1.2 for free sync? If so then I hope you have a AMD GPU, because free sync is only compatible with the latest AMD GPUs and drivers.

or the 2312hm is also a good alternative from Dell. Using mine and can't be happier

No monitor on the market will have freesync until 2015

The P2314H basically replaces the U2312HM, and is usually a cheaper alternative to the U2414H or P2414H while retaining most of the benefits (no slim bezel though).
