I just bought my pc but i want to know which best

1.ASUS GTX 770

2.NVIDIA GTX 770

The asus one is an nvidia one, it just has a custom PCB and cooler.

 

If you mean reference vs ASUS DCU cooler, then the ASUS is superior.

ASUS DCU II is awesome as well as MSI or EVGA (which is my personal favrite).
