I was told that the XFX is better by a little. The thing is ive been reading the reviews of the XFX and plenty customers are experience negative experiences.  What do you guys think, is it worth and if so by how much is the other better than other.

All electronics are prone to failure, even the 'A' class brands like Asus, Gigabyte and MSI. Personally I own both Powercolor and XFX versions of Radeon 7950 and no problems with either. Just get whatever one is cheaper and/or matches your color scheme.

Post 1: 3 cards that either ran at 95< degrees or ran cool and artifact for no apparent reason. The RMA was fine, I just didn't like paying $50 shipping 3 times and soon to be a fourth... I don't trust a company that screws up 4 times in a row with the same customer.

Post 2: Their DD coolers are hot and loud from the reviews, not just personal experience. For the most part (With the exception of one fine gentleman names Krell, he was awesome) all they seem to care about is closing the ticket and getting me to return it. Not helping me solve what is wrong with the card I already sent 2 back for. The responses were slow for the most part again with the exception of Krell who sometimes got back to me in minutes. The RMA was really long (A month and a half) and I had to pay for shipping both ways which is weird usually you only pay one way. Overall I found it really disappointing and even if I am unlucky the shoddy customer service (Again, besides Krell) applies to everyone who buys XFX.

Post 3: Oh found my ticket. Here is a quote.

Me "Okay so I have RMA twice before with you guys and I really don't want to again. My 7970 is running at over 95 degrees under full load. Is there anything I can do to fix this?"

XFX Employee 2 days later  "Well, we can RMA it for you"

Me "Well I would really like to avoid that since it is $50 shipping every time I do and it takes over a month so I would like to resolve the issue with THIS card. Do you have any suggestions?"

XFX 2 days later "You could change the thermal paste but we don't recommend it as you could damage the card. It would be better to just RMA it"

Me "How would I go about doing this?"

XFX 3 days later "The ticket will now close. Please create a new ticket if you have any further questions"

Wow a week and all they said was RMA IT RMA IT WE WON'T ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS NOW SHUT UP

The only difference in my case is the Powercolor stock clock is slightly higher.
