Bloatware removal

My brother bought an Acer Aspire E1-510-4899

 

My problem is the bloatware install on the PC is making it impossible to function properly, I can't use google, I can't download Windows Updates

 

Here's what I've tried doing so far : 

Remove the bloatware (Did nothing because apparently I can't remove it without "System" access

 

Fresh OS install, I really didn't want to have to do that but I did, and guess what same problems are occurring, I downloaded a clean OS installed via USB (The Bios wouldn't let me install via boot options, so I did it in WIndows, it left WIndows.old) I tired deleting the old windows files, which again gave me problems with needing to have "system" permissions, I've messed with any setting I could to give me the permission to delete it but whatever is installed on this PC is blocking access like 10x top of the line security.

 

So it's been about 6 hours it's 2 A.M and I refuse to go to bed until this damn brand new laptop works. 

 

I've never ever ever seen such silly issues with bloatware.

Okay I've tried everything else, hopefully I'll atleast be able to run it.

force delete the protected partitions on the harddrive

If the bloatware is ACTUALLY preventing you from using the laptop then return it.

Like seriously guys, I don't know what to do, if a fresh OS install did nothing all is lost.

The Windows reserved partition contain the boot manager among other critical boot files so deleting that will render his brand new laptop unbootable.

wouldn't it be fine as long as the motherboard has a UEFI, so a new install would be possible?

Okay last trick, I installed the latest BIOS for the laptop, it UEFI and I enable boot options, I'm hoping I'll be able to format the drive completely than reinstall windows for the 3rd time lmfao. FFS this is the biggest pain I hope to ever encounter

Wow, so I learnt about diskpart today, I learnt about GPT and partition in 6 hours. My brain is DONE.
