diferrent rams... will they work?

you will be better off the new 8GB and use the old RAM on another PC

hi there guys so i have a simple question i have some old rams on my pc "blue hyperX kingston 1333 cas9" 2 stick with 2gb's each, i was thinking in buying  some kingston fury 1866 cas10 2 sticks of 4gb each

can i use the 2 old ones with the 2 new ones so i can get 12gb of ram???

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
