Case fin in a pinch

I just got my motherboard, psu, and case today. I already had the gpu and ram, getting ready to build this thing next week. I realized this is going to be a bit tighter than I had forseen, and since I want the GPU to have plenty of airflow, I would like to add a 120mm fan on the bottom of the main chamber. However, I am not willing to buy a really noisy fan after working to keep this build quiet. 25 dba would be a good noise level. I tried getting the fractal silent series from the case to fit, but the card touches the fan guard. That's a 25mm thick fan. Does anyone know of a 15mm-20mm thick 120mm fan that is fairly quiet and under $20? Guess this is what I get for not being really careful when ordering parts.
