Whatever the issue it, the gpu is dead, its past the 5 year period, its around 6 years old now or problems are likely to occur. As for this i think one of the capacitors has lost its edge, check the pcb of the videocard, if the caps are swelling or burst its a goner, dont fall into the trap of trying to solder new caps on the gpu, the most likely outcome is that whatever broke them in the first place will break them again. Just get a new gpu you dont really have a choice, gt 510s or a radeon 5450 are pretty cheap these days.

check your gpu board for bloated caps..

if its positive, then the gpu should rest in peace..

if not, try putting new thermal paste on the gpu..

your GPU is dead, as other have said. 
However, they told you to buy graphics cards that are very hard to find these days.
Get an R7 260X and if you have at least a core two duo, there will be no bottleneck.
They are about $140 online, and they are well worth it.

its dead. either way, the gpu itself is not worth the energy bill raise caused by the oven.

i have already used the oven method and didnt help...

Thanks guys for your replies.. i thought it was the gpu but i just wanted to be sure..
