BeQuiet Dark Rock Pro 3 if you don't like the 'Beige' Noctua fans. If you don't have a windowed case then either are very good, as long as they fit in your case and your ram is low profile.

If you are going to be overclocking your 4770K then go with either the NH-D15 or TC14PE or even NH-U14S. All three of those coolers are amazing and pretty silent too.

I personally own the Cryorig r1 ultimate it fits with low profile ram.

On my i7 4790k at stock clock on idle I get 27° C. It runs it so cold!

Check you RAM specs for the height and then cross check that with RAM clearance on the cooler specs.
