Windows time not working

lets say i turn off or put to sleep my PC at 3PM when i turn it on at 12am its still on 3Pm i have to synchronize it everytime also when i put it to sleep the blue LED on my R4 stop blinking since this has happen how do i fix this

Clear your CMOS, the BIOS Clock stopped which is rare to hapen I had to do that for my Sabertooth Z87 TUF

and to get rid of the flashing light on your case have your computer Hibernate instead of Sleep.

ok the light is back to flashing now i put it to sleep to see if it will keep up with the time i hope it does
