UV light solution?

As I understand it UV is beyond the visible light spectrum, so I'm looking for a source that emits UV only, no visible light.

 

My build isn't meant to be very fancy (blingy) however I'd like to add UV Clear dye in my water loop for a soft glow.

 

The concept is having my water react and glow without having a visible light source. Typical light bars seem to add additional ambient light.

 

To be honest I don't think this is possible. Maybe its bulbs heat energy thats emitting visible light, but every source I've seen indeed emits a visible wavelength.

 

Ideas?
