Need help with build!

Hello, i am helping my brother build an AMD - based  gaming computer with these specs so far - 

Cpu – amd fx 6300 95w – ncix – 140 cad

motherboard - ASUS Crosshair V FORMULA-Z ATX AM3+ 990FX/SB950 DDR3 CrossFireX 3PCI-E16 SATA3 USB3.0 – ncix – 275 cad

RAM - amd radeon re1600 entertainment series 8gb 2x4gb ddr3-1600 pc3-12800 1r cl9 1.5v – ncix – 106.90 

Can you suggest some Graphics Cards for me, and also some decent looking WINDOWED cases, and some power supplies.

 

Any suggestions for ways to cool are welcome as well, i probably will not overclock so fans are sufficient.

Also any aesthetics touches are good, such as led lights, and other things.

 

Also suggest some monitors and peripherals too.  He likes Razer peripherals, I like corsair, so either of those are preffered, but something else might be worth considering.  

I am a beautiful person who is a good idea to have a good time to time and money to buy a new job and I need some help with the same time for the first time in the middle of the day.

First off, that mobo should be used with the FX-8000's rather than the FX-6000's. Also, AMD's RAM is kinda overpriced - you're paying for branding mostly.

Budget is under 1000 CAN go over though. Ncix preferably and I do need peripherals. We want the build to be red, and amd ram looks good so thats why I went with that. I could upgrade cpu aswell

So I am looking at the asus radeon r9 270, but I will upgrade in the future. This is mostly a build to get him started with pc gaming so I am leaving room for upgrade.

Case wise I look at the corsair carbide 230t black windowed.

For fans I am choosing 6x corsair af140 red led for intake and exhaust
