Ram cas latency 9 vr 10 ?

When comparing Ram at same frequency (1600) does cas latency 9 to 10 have any real world difference in opening and closing  multiple programs like word, excel, Camtasia studio, Stock trading platforms computer based? Not really used for gaming.

You won't notice a difference.

Thanks. Just for interest in what application would you see the difference ?

You would need to be doing intense media rendering (such as large resolution videos) and using a large amount (32GB+) for the difference between cas 9 and 10 to be visible.

In some cases I prefer CAS 10. For example the Kingston Blu series ram has cl9 but i like the fury series becuase of the aesthetic
