k95 or k70?

Im playing minecraft, smite, and WOW my question is should i get k95 or k70? Is the extra price worth it?

I would just get the K70, unless you need the macro keys on the K95.

If you're really competitive with WoW then the K95 because of the macros

I personally need the macros because i can save some useful commands, passwords or e-mails etc... I don't use them for games, but there are extremely useful for productivity reasons.

I played a Hunter very competitively at gladiator level in Arena back in TBC - back when they had an absurd amount of abilities that needed to be key-bound

 

I never ever once felt the need for macro's, ESPECIALLY with WoW's in-game macro system. I just NEVER saw the need to spend money on a keyboard to do macro's and never will

I've not used a keyboard with macros, but have set up 'macro' keys (1-8, and around WASD) when playing Skyrim (using More Hotkeys Please for various abilities and things) and I can tell you that certain keys on the main keyboard area I find hard to reach in a fight, so I'd imagine that the massive bank of keys to the left would be equally hard to get to and from quickly and accurately. I'm gonna wager that a mouse with sensibly placed buttons for your grip style would be easier to use for macros (an M95, G600, Naga etc.)

 

I'd say get the K70 and if you need macros either a mouse with macros or just buy some gamepad/numpad to use if you must have extra keys.

Plus the K70 has more keyswitch options
