so the fans in my case are 2300rpm fans, i knew they were gonna be noisy when i bought then, any tips on reducing noise or new fans, im redoing the build soon, new case, psu, h100i cpu cooler, 3rd 22" monitor

Why not run them at lower RPM's? and as for quiet fans noctua, noiseblocker, air penetrators, rosewell hyperboreas, be quiet! silent wings.
