Noisy fans?

so the fans in my case are 2300rpm fans, i knew they were gonna be noisy when i bought then, any tips on reducing noise or new fans, im redoing the build soon, new case, psu, h100i cpu cooler, 3rd 22" monitor

any fan that has a low RPM is fine, i have a mix of corsair and COUGAR fans, both are pretty quiet and are fine for my rad

if it uses molex to power you can make it work on 7v, i have mine on 7v and they are silent

Why not run them at lower RPM's? and as for quiet fans noctua, noiseblocker, air penetrators, rosewell hyperboreas, be quiet! silent wings.

Noctua Fans get the new black ones because they are meant to spin around that rpm and Noctua's are the king of fans.

Depends on how much you're willing to spend

Cheap: Hands down Gelid Silent 12

Mid range: Noctuas, SS Air Pentrator, or Cougars

Expensive stuff: BeQuiet silent wings are all I know but most fans that expensive will be quiet
