How good is this rig?

Go to solution Solved by SAV1OUR,

I don't want "fine" what do you think I could downgrade in order to get a better GPU?

for a $500 build its unlikely you would be able to get a better gpu or cpu by changing anything. at 1080p you will easily be able to get highish settings if you want further details watch the video linus has

it could be better

budget?

uses?

use the quote button if you want my help

Bigger Power supply, and personally I would drop the video card n get an SSD and maybe an i5

if not then lower the graphics card n get the SSD its a mandatory thing now a days, since I put my SSD in I can instantly tell the diff between SSD/HDD

I say this because, I had a very bad Gypsie attack...they stole my wife, plow... and they touch my horse in a very bad way... he got very depressed.

If you can push $40 more on there (unless Canada has dumb scaling), you could get an 8GB (single) module of RAM.
Otherwise, this is pretty much the best you can do (Maybe unless you switch to team red).

By the red team you mean AMD right? Why don't you try making a rig and PM it to me to see if it's better :P

Actually, I'm not sure about a comparative CPU solution, sorry :/

But there are a few upgrades in mind (if you're willing to push budget a little)

RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory (or any decent brand)

GPU: Gigabyte R7 265 2GB

I found a $500 build that a youtuber posted, witch one is better? Mine or his.

http://pcpartpicker.com/user/bagrisham/saved/FvGkcf

go for 760K and you will be better off with 8GB of RAM and no need for a DVD drive

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
