Which is better for Overclocking

I like ASrock alot but the MSI board has a heatsink on the VRM allowing it to cool more and it matched my PC color scheme but at the same time the ASrock board has an 8pin CPU power instead of just a 4pin not sure if that makes a difference but I assume it would allow more power for better overclocking

I would buy the AsRock board if I had to choose between the two, If it matches the build go with MSi if your really want it. Although the AsRock boards supports up to 2600Mhz memory, which if your using an APU, you will see the performance difference over 2100Mhz on the MSI boards...

I want to get away from APU's so I am gonna get the Athlon X4 760K until they come out with a CPU that is on the FM2+ socket which I hope will be soon  but you think the MSI board would be better?

if your running an APU get the AsRock board. If it is a 760k, get the MSI.

I would honestly suggest the MSI one over the ASRock board.
