What would you buy?

I have been planing to buy a new tablet and I have picked my two favorites. I need some help from you guys to decide which one to buy. They are both in the same price range The first one: http://en.vivax.com/VIVAX-Tablet-TPC-78100-356.aspx

I like both of them. So what do you think? Which one will have better battery life? I sent an e-mail to the company and they said that they are working on getting KitKat to these tablets in August.

TPC-78100 cuz it has a quad core CPU.

How much do these cost? I'd much rather get a Nexus 7 or Tegra Note 7 then some generic tablet
