ok, first let me tell you that 4way sli has terrible scaling and 3 cards are probably the better way to go. (price/performance wise)

second, this is an insane amount of power you will have. I hope you have at least a 1080p surround or a 4k setup.

and last but not least. you should get at least a 1200w psu. I'd go either Corsair AX1200i or AX1500i.

yeah two cards is more than enough for most things. If you are gaming on a single 1080p screen even 1 is enough.

for one i'd go with a 650w psu and for two with a 850w. I recommend Corsair PSUs.

Well you have 2 connectors on the card, a 6pin and a 8pin. You have to have each plugged in. On the PSU you have 1x 8pin EPS which is for the motherboard (to power the cpu) and like 4-6 6pin/8pins for the graphics cards. Dont plug the 8pin EPS in the graphics card because it wouldnt fit and it would fuck shit up :D

And you dont buy parts of pcpartpicker because its just a website were you configure PCs and you dont buy them there. You buy them from Newegg, Amazon or Ncix (in the US). PPP only shows you were the stuff is the cheapest.

EDIT: You could tell us your budget and usecase, also if you need keyboard/mouse/monitor and stuff and we will try to configure you the best pc you can get for your money.

What if i have 4 video cards and my psu can only connect 2 videos cards what should i do??

What PSU do you have?

What GPUs will you be using?

Most of the video cards today include a Molex to PCIe converter. So You can use Molex to Power your cards IF your cards include a connector which fits on a Molex. (I dont know the correct name for it)

It looks like this:
