H100i/Corsair Link High temp readings

Hi there, as you can see from attachment my corsair link is showing temps way too high, as core temp shows im sitting at 26 degrees at idle and the cpu temps from corsair link are all above 30's ... is there any reason/fixes for this?

Most likely they are reading a different sensor, the Corsair may even have its own inside the CPU block.

Corsair link software is messed up. Just uninstall it. It may also mess with other temp sensors (like what was happening by me).

A. Corsair Link kinda blows.

B. AMD temp sensors are absolutely terrible.

@seminaljim

welcome to the Linus Tech Tips forums!

MAX CPU temp for the 1090T is 62°

That is for the CPU temp not the core temp which should be disregarded as it is not accurate.

use your mobo fan headers to control the fans with. and when setting the fan

curve, to have 100% fans at 60°/65° not 70° or more. the AMD CPU isn't like the

Intel on temperatures.

are your fans PWM (4-pin) or DC (3-pin)?
