270x? old computer upgrade bottleneck?

Hi Guys,

 

A friend of mine has an old computer he wants to upgrade 

 

it has an A10 6800k APU and he was thinking of adding a 270x or 280 GPU

he would like to know would these GPU's be bottle necked by the APU.

APU is at stock with 16gb 1600mhz ram

 

Any info i could pass on to him would be great
