Properties or Task Manager(works amazing)?

It does the same on windows 7.  Trust what CPU-Z tells you not what the system properties in windows tells you

What are you temps on this OC?

low 80s (IBT) but i havent clean my rig for like last 8 months or so and i also need to replace my thermal paste on core die itself

ALSO: System Properties reads CPU speed from bios so whatever you set in bios will get detected.
