I'm looking for a graphics card for a max budget of $100 and just want to play some FPS games like CS:GO at a playable and not jittery FPS.

What exactly is playable? In my case that would be 60 FPS, some might say 30 FPS so you will have to explain a little ;)

As for the GPU: I would personally say that you get the best bang for you buck when you get to the R7-260 area of price. Under that it really isn't worth it all.

$100 before or after rebates? You can find good R7 260X for $110 with a rebate that'll bring it down to $100 or if you go with the one I went with it will bring it down to $90 after rebate
