Sub $100 Graphics CArd

If I were you I would save up 50$ and get a 270

What exactly is playable? In my case that would be 60 FPS, some might say 30 FPS so you will have to explain a little

 

As for the GPU: I would personally say that you get the best bang for you buck when you get to the R7-260 area of price. Under that it really isn't worth it all.

CS:GO doesnt need much to get even 60 fps. I was pushing it easy on an old 6770 and 1680 x 1050. I'd say anything from a r7 260 or up should be great. Though the 270 is the real sweet spot for price to performance.

$100 before or after rebates? You can find good R7 260X for $110 with a rebate that'll bring it down to $100 or if you go with the one I went with it will bring it down to $90 after rebate

Just go on eBay and find a used 270 or something of the like. You could probably find a 260x on there for cheap, and that can drive bf4 on medium/low without trouble at 1080p.
