I tried a HDD and it gave me the same thing. I should mention that before all this happened I cloned Windows 8 from my HDD to my SSD and it din't go very well, so I re-installed windows and thats when I started getting all these problems.

And Windows 8 also doesn't work, with the SATA controller driver installation?

I can't try Windows 8 because I need a product and my copy of windows came with a Pre-Built from a long time ago.

You should be able to install unsigned drivers at Windows install.  I've done it before.  I think you have to hit F8 before the Windows installer starts like how you would normally get into safe mode.

I just tried a old HDD from a laptop and it still gives me the same error so I'm guessing my SSD isn't broken.

Still not working. I have a few CD-R disks that I can use, but they're only 700MB, is there a way to install Windows 7 from a 700MB drive?
