I live in Belgium, so my keyboard language and layout are in Dutch, but my Nokia Lumia 820 suggests common 2-letter words in all caps. For example: 'ze', meaning 'her' or 'she' gets turned into 'ZE' and I can't for the life of me figure out why, because it's a standard and very common word. It does it for 'ge' (slight dialect, but very commonly used word for 'you'), 'eh' (same as in English), 'wa' (short for wat which means 'what') and some others too.

I should mention that it always replaces the word with the all caps version, and it does not want to learn to leave it.
