I came across linus canel about a year ago and im sub sinced then, and i figure that this would be the best forum to post this.
 
I want to build a pc for light photo\video editing but mainly for gaming.This is the parts list:

(i also chose the gtx 780ti because i use the nvidia shield a lot)

 

EDIT:

i will switch one the ssd for an hhd and take out the sound card for an dac.

 

i dont know what hhd to get, opinions?

don't buy 2 ssds, if you really need more storage get a single 500gb ssd and a 2tb hdd instead. Also don't get a dedicated sound card, the integrated audio of that motherboard is already great. if you want better audio, get a better pair of headphones; if you have good headphones already, get an external dac. getting an internal sound card doesn't make sense for you. Everything else looks fine.

Sounds good, but you may want to wait for the new Z97 formula. Also you may want to switch out a SSD for a hard drive since videos take up a lot of space, unless you already have a HDD. Also the formula already has a sound card on board and with the extra money get more RAM, editing eats up the stuff.
