well to start with this is my build:

 

mobo:ASUS MAXIMUS VII RANGER 
gpu:MSI GTX770 
cpu:INTEL CORE I5-4690K 
ram:CORSAIR VENGEANCE PRO 8GB 
hdd:WESTERN DIGITAL1TB CAVIAR BLUE 
psu:CORSAIR RM SERIES RM650 
cooling:CORSAIR HYDRO SERIES H100I

 

my problem is that i really like both of the cases,both cover the psu (cause is not matching the colors) both cases got the looks and everything i want 
thats my problem i cant choose between these 2 great cases
plz give me reasons too for what choice should i make

What do you mean cover the gpu? They both show the video cards..

Is there a color theme with your build? The H440 comes in a few different colors.

The H440 is silence optimized while the 450D is airflow optimized.

The H440 IMO is better built the the 450D.

I have the NZXT H440 and I am very happy with it.

 

You can also chose from a good amount of colors
