After getting hyped up for all these new games at E3 I don't seem to have interest to play any of the ones I already own. I am sure gaming slump occur with everyone now and then, what games have gotten you out of gaming slump?

Same. A lot of the AAA games have just become cash grabs peeking in sales in the first day then sharply going down after a month or so. However I am just getting excited for games like Star Citizen and Super Hot that look like they are actually made to be good. But unfortunately they are still awhile off in the future

Get out of your comfort zone, play genres you usually do not. Go in with the mindset that it's ok not to like a game with a high amount of praise or that a game that has a subpar reception is still worth your time.

Happened to me for like half a year lol, just take a break and then come back to a game that you always liked and you should be fine (for me it was BF3 and Dota 2)

It's just burnout. It's different for everyone usually, and happens in cycles most of the time. After six months of not playing a game you loved, you'll suddenly play the hell out of it again. It's weird that way
