My new custom keyboard design "the endgame"

my greatest design yet. rightfully nicknamed: "the endgame," this keyboard features cherry mx red switches, the brand filco, and ninja keycaps (frontal side print). put a lot of thought into this bad boy.

nope, no reference.

 

I like both blank and ninja keycaps, I just happened to like ninja more with this build.

Whoa, is that a Filco Majestouch Ninja? I'd not have thought a white KB would look cool, but that color combo works very nicely. I have a Filco MJ Ninja as well, perhaps I ought to look into getting some white keycaps to mix it up a little. I',d be getting some grey keycaps for my DS II, if it works out, will do something about the Filco as well....

Damn, double posted (why can't I delete it?), but anyway, here's a pic of my DK9087G2 Pro TKL KB, I'd swapped the white WASD keycaps with red ones since it has LED backlight for these four keys.Sort of reverse color theme of OP's...

yeah mine came white, found it on amazon. i was gonna get tenkeyless but they didn't have that kind in red switches

I intend to get some different colored keycaps for my Ducky Shine II, will look into getting some for the Filco as well, to spruce it up a little as it's a little too 'serious' looking for my liking. I'm not an adept typist, more of a below average typist, so typing on the Ninja presents something of a challenge as I type by sight, and w/o the letters/symbols on top......well, at least I'm slowly improving my memory of where the keys are. Oh yeah, I don't intend to get white keycaps for the Ninja, but then again, a checker board effect with the keycaps ought to look fun.

I want a clicky das ultimate, but the glossed body throws me off :(

Someone needs to make a solid-looking matte-black blank-keycaps mech, wow, that's a mouthful :P

My Filco Majestouch Ninja tends to turn shiny after 1 month. Maybe black isn't my taste after all :(. The good part is that you can identify any tiny objects drop down on your metal backplate.
