So I'm upgrading my old pc pretty soon.

I'm on a budget and I need your recommendations if I should go with the Fx4300/GTX750ti(or r7 265) or the Fx6300/R7260x combos.

I'll be gaming on a 1440x900 monitor and I'm okay with 30fps (came from a geforce 210 don't judge)

Pardon me if this topic is on the wrong section.

My budget is approx 285$ for the GPU and CPU, I believe the fx4300 is the cheapest quad core cpu available in my country also.

to they not sell athlons and 750k's ?

I had a HD 7750 and it ran games nicely on a 1440x900 monitor then i got my hands on a 7770 and that was more than enough so the the 260x being the same card as a 7790 but with some improvements should be great. Where do you live btw?

I live in Egypt. I just need to be safe cause I'm probably not going to upgrade this GPU for like 3-4 years.

In that case i would at least buy a R9 270.

Have you considered buying a used card off ebay? A 7950/7970 would absolutely destroy a 260x/270 in gaming and can find them for stupidly cheap at the moment. What is the price of a 260x or 270 where you live?
