Web page problem :(

Hey guys I'm having a bit of anissue about a month ago I was using Pcpartpicker constantly and then for the past week i havenot been able to access Pcpartpicker.com from my router but while i'm connected to 4G i can any help 
PS: i am using two routersthe main one is : TP link n750 tl-4dr3000
the second router which is a bridge setup being used as a range extender and Switch
