hello, i am looking for a good website template (preferable downloadable) that i can work from.

The website template needs to have a built in contact form.

This template is a good example of what i am looking for, it doesnt have to look very similar. i just want it to have a simple design, and not look like shit.
http://www.wix.com/website-template/view/html/655?utm_content=ma_html_fwt_temp_14_4&utm_medium=template_banner&utm_campaign=ma_fwt&utm_source=freewebsitetemplates&experiment_id=ma_html_fwt_temp_14_4&utm_term=industry

just need the design elements for the template website ( html / css files )

making a website for a concrete / construction firm.

Look on themeforest. I'm about to become an author myself, I'm almost finished with a  wordpress theme. The content there is quality, and if you get a theme for a cms,  something like wordpress, you will not need to do any coding to add or edit content, so the client will be able to make changes themselves in the future.

They also sell good HTML templates, they are cheaper per license as they are much easier to make and are in less demand.
