monitor choice?

so, im picking up a pair of r9 290 this summer (vapor-x) and i will also be watercooling. i dont know what monitor i should get though. the choices are 3 so far.
1. eyefinity. i like this option because it looks pretty cool (im either getting 3 or 5 monitors) but the bezzel is annoying..
2. is getting an asus pb 287q and play at 4k or lower the res when i cant run games as well. the disadvantage is, well if i dont go for a 3rd 290 in the future, i wont play games at ultra or high settings at 60+ FPS
3. is the LG 34'' monitor whose price drops like rain (3440x1440) res. the disadvtage of this 1 is that it is really expensive, it is fucking HUGE and no height adjust

i wont watercool untill some time... also, well if i am to get a more expensive monitor IF it is worth it, i can take it. its around ~450 € but i repeat, if a more expensive monitor is worth it i can wait to get some more $ and get a better one

if you can stretch a ton, i would do rog swift . its 144hz,gsync,1440p. so.. yeah... its 750usd currently thought.
