I thought that topic was supposed to be about GTA V, not GTA IV.

I call BS on the requirements posted there. There's no way a GT530 can play GTA5. They are talking about minimum requirements (and possibly 12 FPS), but still.

PC Specs

Asus Rampage IV Extreme | Intel i7 3930K @ 4.7GHz | Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz 32GB (8x4GB) | MSI GTX 980 +200MHz +200MHz | Corsair HX1050i PSU

i hope it's not like watch dogs... my room get's 10°C hotter or more when i'm playing that shit! so demanding.

anyway,  in all likely hood , the gtx 800 series will be right after that so if there ever is a reason to upgrade gpu's, it's new games :P

Probarly will need a lot of vram... They mentioned a lot of detail upgrades (= more ram) so the ones with 3gb or more will be better of.

I7 3930K @4.4 GHz  /  Asus rampage 4 formula  / 4x 8gb kingston hyperx blue low profile / gtx 980  / 2x ssd 500gb samsung 840 / 500gb 840evo ssd   /  500 GB WD blue /  windows 7 ultimate

Rockstar > Ubisoft ???

I hope it won't be like Watch_Dogs. And I also hope that GTA V campaign is looooooooooooong, I haven't played the game on X360 or PS3 so I don't know how long it takes to finish the campaign.

Not to shatter anyone's dreams but we may not get iCEnhancer on GTA V for PC.

The creator of ENBseries which iCEnhancer is based on, says that he does not have any plans to make ENBseries for GTA V. This will most likely destroy all chances we have to get iCEnhancer for GTA V.

I have read a claim much like it from Ice La Glace (iCEnhancer creator) somewhere, but couldn't find the post. (let's hope he changed his mind...)

I'm quite heavily into modding, so i would like to see this happen.

It took me 20-30 hours to go about halfway through the campaign on ps3. Thats with a normal amount of buggering about doing stupid shit. So its not a short game by any means.

If optimized something like 4GB RAM, GTX 560 or higher equiv and 50GB storage on a i5 2500K or better.

Hmm... I would say i5/FX-4300, 4-6GB RAM and GTX 560/ AMD 7xxx, R7 series and 40-50 GB of storage.

Just from the ps3 to ps4 graphics comparison there was a big difference, so I would assume the PC would look much better than that.

They most of the time give us too high req, because they want NVIDIA, AMD to earn some extra money. ;))

To run the game you would need atleast GTX 5xx,6xx or AMD 7xxx, R7, these are my thoughts. They only want to make money on us.
