I'd like to start making my own sleeved USB cables from scratch, but I can't seem to find a site selling the terminal ends and their plastic covers, especially with Micro USB connectors. Is there a site I'm missing that's right under my nose? I feel that's the case. I'd like new parts so I'm not cutting up different pieces and gluing them back together. Thanks. :)

That was just a quick look up, there are many sites that sale stuff like that , you will have to do reasearch though to see what is best for you. Hope that helps you get started.

Awe man, just the other week i found all of it for someone else as well. There are alot of sites that sale the hubs and termanils
