What to buy for my PC

I just want some suggestions on something i could buy that would benefit my system, no more that £50 i was planning on getting a new cpu cooler but im just going to wait till i get my new cpu.

you want us to guess what you have and then tell you what you can additionally upgrade?

I dunno, im not in uk. but if you can stretch a bit, why not a pair of hd558/518s or ath m50?

or two noise blocker fans

Is a sound card worth it? 

not for a headset. sound cards are great for when your onboard is crap and you need a better dac. some soundcards have amps too, those are cool but pricey compared to an external amp.
