The 4770K is a place holder for the 4790K I will not be over locking I just want the ability to for now so I will not need a cooler. If you will I could get a better motherboard cheaper please tell me and explain why I should get it.

Wouldn't recommend Razer headsets, as Linus says, audiophile headphones with a clip-on mic is better. Apart from that it's fine except for the RAM, 1600 is fine.
